RULES AND REGULATIONS

Interested Contestants must go through all the general rules and regulations to successfully participate in the competition.
  1. The contest is open to all Indian citizens who are designers or design students or design aspirants.
  2. All artworks must be submitted on the link given by India Design Award. Entries submitted through any other mode will not be considered for evaluation.
  3. Submission on the link by anyone who have not filled the registration form will be considered invalid. Hence, it is compulsory to fill the registration form in order to participate.
  4. Artworks have to submitted in JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ PDF format along with a short description about the design. The maximum file size allowed is 20 MB.
  5. The artwork can be digital or hand-made sketch or photographs of a 3D design. In case of handmade sketches, it can be made up of any color medium or can be of mixed media.
  6. Each participant can submit upto 7 artworks in each of their chosen category.
  7. Selection criteria: Creative, innovative and relevant to the contest category.
  8. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
  9. The submitted entry should be shot in HD Standard.
  10. The participant should ensure that all the information given by him/ her in the registration form is accurate and updated, as organisers would use this for further communication. This includes details such as Name, Contact details, parents/ Guardians’ contact details, State & City, email ID, etc
  11. Submission of the artwork must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If any entry is found infringing on others, the entry will be disqualified from the competition.
  12. Selection process will be based on design Submission (though photograph) – Jury selection.
  13. The final evaluation of the designs will be handled by the competition jury panel. The jury’s decision is final, and no questions or appeals regarding the contest’s outcome will be considered.
  14. The winners for each category will be declared by way of announcing their names on the website
  15. Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel is suitable or appropriate or that does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
  16. By sending the entries, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
  17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
